PRO-LIFE EXAMEN OF CONSCIENCE
Am I fully convinced that abortion is the destruction of an innocent human life
who has the same value as my life, my parents lives, my childrens lives? Do I foster
and nourish this conviction by reflecting often on the tragic loss of life occurring daily
around me? Do I ever allow myself the thought that abortion does not really concern me and
that I have "more important" things to do?

A big "Thank You" and
"Congratulations" to all those heros and angels who gave their time so
unselfishly for our Parish Festival. We have made a deposit of $19,978.00. I really
believe that a successful parish function is not measured by the monetary return but is
measured by how we have grown as a community and as a family. God calls us to give
according to our talents and abilities and those of you who responded so generously know
that these kudos are for you. May God continue to bless you as I continue to thank Him for
allowing me to be your pastor.

THE THIRD ANNUAL CATHOLIC REVIVAL
Once again, we are taking our faith to the streets. As Catholics, we are called to
constantly renew and learn about our faith so that we can continue to grow in our
relationship with God, through His Son, Jesus Christ. We are also called to proclaim and
share this faith with others, especially those who do not believe or practice a Christian
faith. We cannot reach these people from the comfort of our parish pew. We must go where
that are-their homes and in the streets. This is the purpose of the annual Catholic
Revivals in Fairgrounds Park. You are invited to attend the THIRD ANNUAL CATHOLIC REVIVAL
from 9:00a.m. until 3:00 p.m., Saturday, September 15th at Fairgrounds Park. We
need your help to proclaim and share our faith.St. Joseph - St. Anne
