Next weekend we will have a second collection for the Latin American Apostolate. This is the forty-fifth year of the Latin America Apostolate. Aside from a few small estates, the Latin America Apostolate has been supported by the annual collection in August.
This collection is the annual budget used to continue work in Bolivia and to support the priests working in this mission Apostolate. Unfortunately, for the past two years the budget has been exceeded. Once again we are calling upon your generosity. The forty five-year history of the Latin America Apostolate is testimony to the faithful cooperation of our priests. You will find the envelope in your packet.

Our Parish Festival is just one week away. Everyone is getting excited. Extra raffle tickets are available at the rectory. You may turn in your tickets to the rectory or bring them to the raffle booth.
Set up will be on Friday August 3rd beginning at 9:00AM. If you can help, please stop by, if only for an hour.
Workers are still needed for the Dinner on Sunday. You will be working in the air-conditioned Hall. Please call Alice Lindsey at 358-8974. Schedules for those who have signed up to work at the Dinner are in the back of Church. Pick up your copy, there is one available for all the workers.

A special "Thank You" to everyone for their hard work and support of the Appreciation Breakfast for Deacon Ron. The winner of the 50/50 drawing was Jim and Lois Cassady. The winning amount was $193.00 and was generously donated back to
Deacon Ron and June. Several other donations have been received.
ADORATION OF THE
BLESSED SACRAMENT
This Friday, August 3, is the First Friday of the month. TheAdoration of the Blessed Sacrament will begin at 8:30 am And will continue until 5:00pm followed by Benediction. Please remember that someone should be present at all times before the Blessed Sacrament. Some of you will be helping to set up for the Festival, this would be a good time to stop by and spend a few minutes with God.
