The Annual Peter’s Pence Collection for the Holy Father will be taken up next weekend. This collection helps support Pope John Paul II’s ongoing pastoral care for the Universal Church and his vital role as spokesperson. Envelopes for this collection are in your packets. Starting this week-end tickets for a 50-50 drawing will be sold after all Masses. The drawing will be held on July 22nd. This raffle is in appreciation of Deacon Ron and will help defray the cost of his trip to Rome.

The last meeting before the Picnic will be held on Sunday, June 24th. after Mass. It is extremely important that everyone chairing a booth be in attendance. Final details will be discussed regarding the Picnic. Everyone that is interested in making this the best Picnic ever is asked to be at this meeting.
We are in need of teams to clean our beautiful Church for the months of July, August and September. This would be a great way to give a little back to God for all that he has given you. Sign up sheets are in the back of Church.

The Fourteenth Station of the Cross has been restored. The restoration was made possible by a donation in memory of Hugh and Elizabeth (Jo) Kuchlin. We will remember Jo for her generous donation. The next Station of the Cross will be back in a few weeks. Take a minute to say a prayer and admire the beautiful art work.

Our Biggest Fund Raiser has gotten off to a great start. Tickets are available at the rectory or after all the Masses this week- end. The cost of a ticket can be split among couples or groups. FESTIVAL NEWS
Our Festival will be held on August 4th. and 5th. Many things need to be done before hand. You can help by picking up extra raffle tickets in the back of Church and sending them to all your friends and relatives. Also, invite everyone to come to the Festival. Some new things have been added and on Saturday this year, we will be offering Bar-B-Que plates and sandwiches.
