FIRST SUNDAY IN ADVENT
IT IS LIKE A MAN TRAVELING ABROAD. HE LEAVES HOME AND PLACES HIS SERVANTS IN CHARGE,
EACH WITH HIS OWN WORK, AND ORDERS THE GATEKEEPER TO BE ON WATCH.
(Isaiah 40:11)
God has left us as His servants in
charge here on earth. Each of us has our own
special work that we can do for God. If we do
not do it, who will?
