Gifts of the Holy Spirit
The Church carries on its mission to evangelize the world
through the charisms and ministries of her members. These charisms and ministries are
gifts of the Holy Spirit who equips each of us for the work of ministry, for building up
the Body of Christ. We rely not on our own strength, but on the help of the grace of the
Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit manifests these graces in the charisms He gives us and the
ministries to which He invites us.

Thank you to all the
workers that helped make the St. Anne Hog Shoot a huge success. Also thanks to all of you
who came to the Hog Shoot and enjoyed the day with us. We have deposited $5,545.46 and a
financial statement will be published when all the bills are in.

We will resume the winter schedule for the Saturday
evening Mass. Confessions will begin at 3:30p.m. or you may make an appointment. Mass will
begin at 4:00p.m. Please mark your calendar.
The Knights of Columbus will attend Mass and will assist with
the liturgy on Sunday, November 9th at 7:00a.m. They will gather together for
breakfast following Mass at Rosener’s Resturant.
The Daughters of Isabella will have their annual Rummage Sale on
Saturday, November 8th beginning at 6:00a.m. Home made goodies and coffee will
be available. Items can be brought to the Church Hall on Friday, November 7th
after 9:00a.m. Remember that one person’s junk is another one’s treasure.
The rosary will be said every Thursday morning following the
8:00a.m. Mass.
Everyone is invited to come especially during the month of
October.
MARK YOUR CALENDAR
Father Ronald J. Hoye,C.M. will preach a Mission Retreat
at St. Agnes Church, Bloomsdale on November 3-5, 2003. The Mission begins at 7:00P.M. each
evening.
A Mission provides a wonderful opportunity for Spiritual Renewal
for us. All are invited to participate. Mark your calendars NOW so that you will be able
to attend the whole Mission.
YOUTH GROUP
HALLOWEEN PARTY
Our Youth Group Halloween Party will be November 3rd
from 7:00p.m. until 9:00p.m.
ADORATION Of THE BLESSED SACRAMENT
This Friday the Blessed Sacrament will be exposed following Mass. Take a
few minutes to spend with Jesus. Benediction at 5:00p.m.
