different kinds of Fish, plus 3 Sides, Bread, Dessert, Coffee, Tea and Lemonade. All for
ADULTS - $7.00, CHILDREN $3.00. Serving begins at 4:00pm. Carryout is available. Stop by
the Knights Hall located at 7897 Berry Road. Join your friends at the FISH FRY.
The Need for Rest
The Bible says that after creating the world, on the Seventh Day,
God rested.
Rather than because he was tired, God meant to model for us the
need to rest and reflect after a job well done.
During his ministry, Christ himself would withdraw to a
"Lonely Place" resting to refresh his spirit.
Today, we have more leisure, but feel more stressed.
We have more devices to save labor and time, but panic at the
thought of ‘getting behind.’
Lord, help me remember when we must rest, reflect, and worship on
a Sunday, or on a vacation, and that rest is as needed as all other things in our lives to
do a good job for our employer, and for God as well.

Parish Council meeting on Tuesday,
July 24, 2007 at 7:00PM.
St. Anne is experiencing a growth spurt. We are seeing new faces
every week. We wish to welcome all. As a parishioner, if you see someone new, please take
the time to introduce yourself and say hello.
JUST BEAUTIFUL!!
We have a handmade doily on the gift table. We also have a new
handmade lace altar cloth and a lace table cover, with a church motif, on the back table.
Ruth Basler made these specials gifts by hand for our church. Thank you for giving of your
time and talent!!!
Join Us for the Rosary
The Blessed Mother is still calling out to all of us. Please pray
for WORLD PEACE. Praying the rosary is very important now, more than ever before. Consider
the incidents in England last week!! Insistent prayer to the Mother of God is based on
confidence that her maternal intercession can obtain all things from the heart of her Son.
You are welcome to join us and pray for WORLD PEACE after Mass on Thursday and Friday
mornings.

St. Joseph’s Fifteenth
Annual Benefit Golf Tournament
Please mark your calendar for August 10, 2007. Please join us at
the lovely Terre Du Lac Golf Course for our FIFTEENTH ANNUALBENEFIT GOLF
TOURNANENT. It will be a 4 Person
Scramble – Flighted. Tee time is 1:00PM. The price remains the same. $260.00
per team - $65.00 per person. Price includes Cart, Green Fees, Refreshment
and Dinner at the Terre Du Lac Pavilion. The (Turn) will open for lunch at 11:00AM.
If you wish to contribute by sponsoring a Hole, the price is $50.00. If you can only
join us for Dinner, you may do so and the price is $15.00. We also accept any and all
donations. Registration forms are in the back of church. If you have any questions

We are asking God’s blessing for good weather and another successful Golf
Tournament.
