COUNTRY
STORE: GETTING
READY FOR THE FESTIVAL
WE ARE DOWN TO
THE COUNT! It takes a lot of time
to prepare the items for the Country Store. Every
item needs to be inventoried. So please, the
sooner we get your items the better job we can do for the Festival.
We need quilts, gift bags,
tissue paper ribbons and bows, books, puzzles, games, nick knacks, all and every item can
be added to the others. Drop your items off
at the Rectory or for more information call Pat at 573-431-0097.
STILL
NEEDED! Plants for the Plant Stand. We could use any kind of plant. Plants with blooms
or ones without, large or small. Any will be accepted.
Once again there is a lot of prep time that goes into getting them ready. Please bring to the Rectory or call Pat Schwarz at 573-562-2819.
DESSERTS
Each family is asked to bring 2 desserts. Cakes and pies of all kinds would be appreciated.
This year we have a special need for Sugar Free desserts. Many requests were made last year. Many people are
diabetics or on a special diet. Cookies and
cup cakes would be nice for the
children.
The BIG DAY is drawing near. Everyone is rushed and working hard to make our
Festival a SUCCESS. Many hands make light work. If you have not volunteered yet please do
so and give a little of your time so that once again we will have a successful Festival.
May God bless you for all that you
do!
Sincerely yours in Christ,
Father John
