Days at Six Flags
Six Flags would like to share and enhance the childhood
memories of Vacation Bible School by offering a visit to Six Flags at a great discounted
price. Coupons are in the back of church. The coupon offers students an admission price of
$22.50 + tax per person and is good for up to six admissions. All you need to do is bring
the coupon to Six Flags, St. Louis Main Gate, and you will receive admission to the Park
for just $22.50 + tax per person. That’s a savings of $22.49 off the regular
admission price of $44.99 + tax. Each coupon is good for up to six admissions and valid
any regular operating day Monday, June 11, through Sunday, August 26, 2007. This year Six
Flags introduces Tony Hawk’s Big Spin. In addition Six Flags family entertainment

The weather was beautiful and the food was great. Everyone had a
good time. Thank you to all who worked. Thank you to all who came and spent the day with
us. You are most appreciated. The winners of our Raffle are: First Prize - $1,000.00 CASH,
Miriana Rojaf, Second Prize – Hand Made Quilt, Phyllis Boyer, Third Prize –
Television, Bill Fahy, Fourth Prize - $100.00 CASH, Dennis Walker, Fifth Prize –
Machine Quilt, Ponch Koob. Three additional donated prizes were won by: Laverne Pleimann
and Lawrence Schilly, a cooler each, and Laverne Fahy, a hood. A complete accounting will
be given when all the bills have been turned in and paid.

Beginning June 15th, 2007 and every third Friday of the
month thereafter you can enjoy a delicious Fish Dinner. Come to the Hall on Berry Road. We
will serve up Four Different Kinds of Fish, plus Three Sides, Bread, Dessert, and your
choice of Coffee, Tea and Lemonade. Carry- outs are available. Adults $7.00 – Child
$3.00. Dinner will be served from 4:00PM until 7:00PM.
New Envelope in Your Packet
You will find an envelope in this month’s packet that is
dedicated to Father’s. It is called a Father’s Spiritual Remembrance. If you
wish you can list the name of your father, grandfather, a special person who fits the role
etc. Living or deceased, if their name is listed on that envelope they will be remembered
in all the Masses during the week following Father’s Day, June 17th.

St. Maurus Parish Picnic, Saturday, June 30th. A Buffet Style
Supper in our Air-Conditioned Hall serving fried chicken, dressing and kettle cooked beef
from 3:00 – 7:30pm. Adults, $7.50; children (5-11), $4.50; children under 5, free.
Carry outs available. Live music by Mike Engert from 6:00 – 11:00pm; tractor pull
starting at 2:00pm; Bingo and other games for all ages. You can join them for Mass at
4:00pm. Take I-55 to Biehle exit, 2 miles south on Highway B.
