Our
PICNIC is just around the corner. Help
is still needed. Each family has been asked
to bring 3 pies and/or cakes. (preferably
home made) to the Church on the morning of the PICNIC. All ladies are asked to come to the Church on
Saturday, June 4, 2005 at 8:00a.m. to begin food preparation. Thanks to everyone who
helped in the kitchen in the past years. Any help this year in the kitchen would be
greatly appreciated. If you have any
question please call Mary Werner at 573-483-9693.
Dont forget items for the Country Store.
Flyers are still in the back of Church. Please
pick up a few and pass them out.

Board of Advisors meeting will be May 24, 2005
Thank
you for your patience while the Church is being painted.
OUR LADIES SODALITY
Congratulations ladies on a job well done for
First Friday Eucharistic. All time slots were
filled. We could still use more people next
month.
Beginning in June our regular scheduled
meeting will be moved to the 3rd. Tuesday of each month. The reason we are changing is to help the
BINGO. Mary Wood won the
Pretty Baby Contest. The Sodality will set up teams led by a Eucharistic
Minister to visit the shut-ins o a regular basis. Next
months meeting will be followed by games. Bring
your cards, games etc. Please continue to
collect unused rosaries.

HOME AND SCHOOL AUCTION
A
big THANK YOU to our Home and School Organization for working so hard on
making this years Home & School Auction another big success. A total amount of $14,264.00 has been given to the
parish to help support our school. A special
thanks to everyone who supported this school fundraiser in any way. Your generosity and support of our school will
always be appreciated.
This
is just a reminder, for anyone who is not familiar with the RESERVED PARKING
signs in the front and back of church. Each
year at the Home & School Auction bids are taken for the RESERVED PARKING
spaces for all the MASSES during the year. The
highest bidder receives the privilege of parking in that space for the entire year. Please keep this in mind when you are tempted to
park in the reserved parking space.
FESTIVAL 2005
The COUNTRY STORE could use your help. If you have any items for the COUNTRY STORE
Please drop them off at the Rectory. We need hand made items, jams, jellies, fresh
fruits, jewelry, books, hand made crafts, small items for the Parcel Post. Any size baskets and gift bags, ribbons and bows.
Items must be in good condition, clean (ready to use). If you need any other information
about your donation please call 431-0097.
