The Feast of Divine Mercy will be celebrated on Sunday, March 30,
2008.
You are invited by Good Shepherd Catholic Church in Hillsboro, Mo
to join them at 2:00pm for Exposition of the Blessed Sacrament; Recitation of Indulgence
Prayers; Sacrament of Reconciliation; and Veneration of the Image of Divine Mercy. Mass

St. Vincent de Paul Society (Food Pantry). Your help is greatly appreciated.
School News
The students will enjoy a holiday on Easter Monday, March 24,
2008. NO SCHOOL!!
Daughters of Isabella
The semi-annual Rummage Sale will be on Saturday, April 5, 2008.
They will be open for business from 7:00am to 2:00pm.
Ladies we need your help. Please come to the Church Hall at noon
on Friday, April 4, 2008. We also need help on Saturday. We accept all clean, like new
donations large or small. Please drop off your items in the church basement on Friday. If
you need someone to pickup your items please call Claudine at 573-358-7516.
We will sponsor a "Bake Sale" on Mother’s Day, (May
11th) after all the Masses.
The next regular meeting will be on Monday, April 14th, 2008 at
7:00pm. We will play "BUNKO" after a short meeting. Please bring snacks. MARK

St. Joseph School
Auction
This year’s Annual School Auction will be Saturday, April 26,
2008 at the Knights of Columbus Hall located on Berry Road. Our theme this year is
"Get Your Groove On". Doors open: 5:30 pm - Dinner: 6:30 pm. There is a donation
box in the back of church next to the Religious Articles Store. Please donate "Kids
Things". Any donations would be greatly appreciated. Appropriate items for the
auction should be brought to the school before April 23rd. Tickets will be available at
school. Please watch the bulletin for more details
Father John’s 40th
Anniversary
Fellow parishioners of St. Joseph/St. Anne, the 40th anniversary
of the ordination of Father John will be celebrated on May 4, 2008.
Your personal invitation has been placed in the back of church.
Unfortunately, we realize that not everyone will be able to attend. In order to allow
those people to help Father make his "Holy Land" pilgrimage and to thank him for
his years of service to God and the church, we have placed an Anniversary envelope in the
April and May packets. Please use them if you would like or just congratulate him at the
gathering after Mass.

PSR NEWS
PSR classes will not be held on Easter Sunday morning.
Practice for First Communion will be held on Saturday, March 29,
2008 at 11:00am. Please gather in the church. Please bring your completed banners to this
practice. On Sunday, March 30, 2008 please assemble "QUIETLY" in the lower
church hall. You must arrive by 9:45am so we can process into the church for Mass at
10:00am.
The TEEN BIBLE STUDY for grades 7-12 will have a different twist
on Sunday, April 13, 2008. Following the 10:00am Mass we will meet in the church hall for
a video, games and of course snacks.
WE NEED YOUR HELP!!
On Sunday, March 2, 2008 four copies of the "Teen’s Acts
of the Apostles" booklets were left on the table in the meeting room. They cannot be
located and were probably picked up by mistake. Anyone who has information about the
booklets please call Gretchen Pratte at 573-358-5876.
