Father John, the staff and students of St. Joseph School would

special gift, stop by.
Lenten Reflections
Gods love is total, unconditional, absolute, and forever.
The state of grace--Gods attitude towards us--is eternal. We are the ones who
change. Sometimes we are able to believe that God loves us unconditionally, absolutely and
forever. Thats grace! We have to allow God to continually fill us with His grace.
During Lent we can open ourselves to God if we challenge ourselves
to read the Scriptures for Mass each day, memorize a verse from the Bible, reflect on the
readings, pray and act.
EWTN Global Catholic Network
We have brochures available which showcase program highlights for
March/April 2009. Christians share their stories and provide encouragement to others with
testimonies of
Faith. News of the Faith, interviews and stories from around the
globe are telecast. Log onto www.ewtn for a schedule of events available for Holy Week.
Stations of the Cross
You are invited to the Stations of the Cross on Wednesdays and
Fridays during Lent following the 8:00 a.m. Mass.
Perpetual Help Devotions
Devotions to Our Lady of Perpetual Help are held at 7:55 a.m. on
Tuesday mornings before Mass.
Parish Council
The new Parish Council members for next term will be Becky
Mueller, Rick Black, Chris Willette, Tom Willette, Sheryl Sieve, Roland Seal, and June
Kreft. The installation of these new members will be held at a future date. Thank you for
your nominations and votes.
St. Joseph Quilters
Father John would like to thank the ladies of the St. Joseph
Quilters for their cash donation. This donation will be used to provide a base for the
