Saturday Night Quilt Bingo
You are invited to a Saturday Night Quilt Bingo to help
the victims of Haiti. This special bingo will be held on Saturday, March 6, 2010. The Hall
doors will open at 5:30pm. Regular bingo will begin at 7:00pm. A Gift Raffle - The prize a
SUPER BIG BINGO BASKET. Also a 50/50 Raffle and Pull Tabs. Hot dogs, chili, homemade
dessert and beverage will be served.
We are asking for your help! All ladies of the parish
and/or the Daughters of Isabella are asked to bring their fresh homemade cakes or pies to
the Chuch Hall on Friday, March 5, 2010.
All proceeds will go to benefit the victims of Haiti.
Scrapbooking Classes
From beginners to the more advanced, there is something
for everyone to do and learn! Welcome to our first scrapbooking workshop and class on
March 10, 2010. These workshops will be held on the second Wednesday of every month! We
will begin at 9:00am and conclude at 12:00pm (noon).
There are no fees to attend these events! There will be
products to purchase at each event such as papers, pages, stickers and more! If you cannot
find what you are looking for, you will also have the opportunity to place an order that
can be delivered to your home or kept until the next workshop. This event will be hosted
by Jennifer Hopfinger – Creative memories Consultant.

keepsakes that will last a lifetime!

Women World Day of Prayer
All ladies of St. Joseph/St. Anne parishes and your
friends are invited to attend the Women World Day of Prayer. This year the women of
Cameroon, West Africa have created the program. The First Christian Church, of Bonne
Terre, located on 47 W. Johnson will be our host church. The service will begin at 1:00pm
on Friday, March 5, 2010. Refreshments will follow.
Do You Have Time?
Two people that attend Mass at St. Joseph church do not
have transportation. They are in need of our help. Every effort has been exhausted. They
have been going to the 10:00 a.m. Mass on Sunday but the 5:00 p.m. Mass on Saturday would
be fine. They live between Bonne Terre and Desloge. Please call the parish office at
573-358-2112.
Thank You Volunteers
The praying of the Holy Rosary on Saturday evening is
led by a special group of volunteers. Thank you to the ladies that have joined the group.
Also thank you to the people that help the celebrant during the Holy Sacrifice of the
Mass.
Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament
Ever feel like you just need to get away? Why not visit
St. Joseph church on Friday, March 5 from 8:30am and concluding with Benediction at
5:00pm. The Blessed Sacrament is placed on the Altar in the Monstrance during this time.
You can visit anytime! It is always a great time for you to "cast all your anxieties
on God because he cares for you." (1Peter 5:7)
