Pace SUNDAY MASS: APRIL 1 AT 11:00AM Lector--------------------------- R. Woody ST. ANNE MASS: APRIL 1 AT 9:00AM Lector---------------------------- D. Schmitt Can you imagine being Jesus dad? Knowing of the special nature of his birth, wondering what Gods plan was for their son, Jesus parents nevertheless had to contend with childhood diseases, youthful escapades, and the trials of growing up. We often forget the vital role that Joseph played in the life of Jesus. To judge by the character of the boy that he raised, Joseph must have been an exceptional parent. Father Kleba, author of "JOSEPH REMEMBERED" invites us to remember Joseph, not just as an adjunct to the story of Mary and Jesus, but as a model for our own parenting. This book is available for purchase at our Religious Gift Shop. |
