PARISH BREAKFAST
Everyone is invited to the parish breakfast that will be held in
the church hall immediately following Mass this morning. Please take a few minutes to
enjoy a delicious breakfast and visit with the parish family.
Confessions December 17th
All those who would like to go to confession before Christmas
may do so following Mass.
Daughters of Isabella
The Daughters of Isabella Christmas Party will be held on Monday,
December 11, in the church hall at 6:30 p.m. All members are invited.
CHRISTMAS GIVING TREE
Each year, a Christmas tree is placed on the side altar with names
of children who are less fortunate than most. Our parishioners have always been generous
to these children by purchasing gifts so they will have a good Christmas. Again this year
the tree is in place. Please take a name and help make a childs Christmas bright.
Gifts should be returned no later than Friday, December 22.
Reconciliation Meeting with Parents
A meeting will be held on Tuesday, December 12, at 6:00 p.m. in the
church hall for all parents who have a child who will be making their First
Reconciliation.

BELL RINGING
The sign-up sheets for St. Josephs bell ringing on December 15th
and 16th at Country Mart will be at the exits again this weekend. There are
still several time slots opened. If you can help, please sign the sheet in the area that
is convenient for you. Please keep in mind that the funds collected from the ringing are
returned back to our community to help the needy in our area.
Monthly Calendar
Beginning January 2007, you will receive a monthly schedule
of parish meetings, activities, etc. in calendar form for your easy reference. We have
received requests to bring this back and we hope this will be beneficial to you.
If any changes need to be made regarding your organizations
date, time frame, or any special reminder, please notify the rectory no later than the 3rd
Monday of the month, so it is reflected in the following months calendar.

SALVATION ARMY
BELL RINGING
St. Joseph has the privilege of ringing the bell for the
Salvation Army on the weekend of December 16th and 17th. at Country
Mart. Sign up sheets are at the exits this weekend. Please be kind and generous, sign up
and donate your time. Pray for warm weather. Remember the Salvation Army reaches out to
the poor of our area through the St. Vincent de Paul.
