SECOND SUNDAY OF ADVENT

“LIKE A SHEPHERD HE FEEDS HIS FLOCK; IN HIS ARMS HE GATHERS THE LAMBS, CARRYING THEM IN HIS BOSOM, AND LEADING THE EWES WITH CARE.”

                 (ISAIAH 40:11)

The Lord cares for us so gently and lovingly.  He makes sure that we have all that we need.  How do we show our gratitude to Him for all that He does?

If you were God, wouldn’t it please you to see us celebrating Mass in our beautiful Church, supported by our great choir and a singing congregation?  We have many good voices in our congregation… some are extra good but most have good supporting voices that make our choir a great choir.   Our choir and organist, Mark Farrell, has indicated that we need a few altos and a few soprano’s to round out our choir and the ones we need are in our congregation.  You and your voice can add so much.  Please take the time to dedicate a few hours each week to our choir.  Our choir is great but you can make it greater…. Call Mark Farrell at 358-03670 between 10:00a.m. and noon.  Let him know that you are ready to help.  Be a dedicated choir member.
