ST. ANNE CHURCH,
FRENCH VILLAGE, MO.

If anyone has any old Christmas, birthday, anniversary or any pretty greeting cards please leave them in the box in the back of Church. Some beautiful crafts can be made for our Country Store. Your help is appreciated.

We deposited $3,808.99 from the Ham & Turkey Shoot. As soon as the bills are received a report will be available with the total profit.

Our HOG SHOOT is coming up on Sunday, October 28th. Come spend a pleasant afternoon with us and enjoy some ho-made chili, along with your choice of hot dogs or hamburgers and delicious desserts made in the kitchens of our great ladies.

PRAYER SERVICE

A Red, White and Blue service of prayer and patriotism will be held Sunday, October 21 from 6-7p.m. at Bicentennial Park, across from the post office in Bonne Terre. Mayor Sue Wilke has organized the event which will feature students from Bonne Terre Elementary and North County High School, as well as local ministers and others. Those who attend are asked to bring lawn chairs and canned goods for the ministerial alliance. Donations may be made to the Salvation Army for New York relief. All are welcome to participate in a community choir which will rehearse at 8p.m. Wed. October 17th at Centenary United Methodist Church under the direction of Linda Sowers.

If you will notice, the back of our bulletin is fully advertised and all of the subscribers support our Parish with their ad. I would encourage you to check our advertisers and give them the first shot at your business because they certainly help your Parish. You will notice that we have new businesses represented this year and we endorse your support of all them!

Father John

PLEASE PRAY
FOR THE SICK

As you say your daily prayers please pray for the elderly, the homebound, the parishioners in nursing homes, our men and women in the military, our President and our Government Leaders and all the innocent people that have been affected by the attacks on America. Please especially pray for Irene Wilfong.

MISSION SUNDAY

Today we will have a second collection for the success of the mission work of the Church. Please be generous.

CHRISTMAS CARDS

Thank you to all who have stopped by and looked at the beautiful picture that will be featured on our Christmas Cards. The requests have been overwhelming and we are offering you the opportunity to place your order again this weekend. The inside of the card will be blank so you will be able to pen in your own personal message. The back of the card will feature the history of St. Joseph Church. This is just another way to share with our friends and relatives exactly how proud we are of St. Joseph Church. All proceeds will go to St. Joseph Church.
