STOP! LOOK! LISTEN!

Before you buy your supply of Christmas cards this year look and see what St. Joseph has to offer. We will be offering Christmas cards featuring a photograph of our beautiful Church and altar at Christmas time. In the back of Church this weekend you can view an 11 x 14 photograph that will be featured on the cards. Order forms and all information will be available. The cards are 5 x 7 and will be suitable for framing. Sending these cards will be a wonderful way to share the beauty of our Church with your family and friends. All proceeds will go to St. Joseph Church.

THE CATHOLIC UNIVERSITY
OF AMERICA

Many thanks from Catholic University. The faculty, students and staff of The Catholic University offer their sincere thanks for the prayers and generous support you extended to the University during last week’s Annual Collection. They ask that you remember that as a national university of the Catholic Church in the United States, Catholic University is your university – they invite you to visit the campus for a closer look at your generosity at work whenever you visit our nation’s capital.

ANNUAL LIFE CHAIN

Please join in the National Life Chain this Sunday, October 7th from 2:30p.m. – 3:30p.m. along Karsch Blvd., in Farmington. Life Chain is a way to take a stand against the murder of unborn babies. It is held each year in cities across the nation on the first Sunday in October. Signs will be provided. Each one of us has an opportunity, in this small way, to do something beautiful for life. Everyone is welcome.

PLEASE PRAY FOR THE SICK

Please continue to pray for all of our sick members, relatives and friends. This week let us especially remember Edna Welch and Germaine Mantia.

The regular monthly meeting of the Daughters of Isabella will be held Monday evening at 7:00p.m.

SUNDAY COLLECTION COUNTERS

Team #2 will count the Sunday weekly collection on October 14th.

Today marks the beginning of RESPECT LIFE MONTH throughout the Catholic Church in the United States. An inspirational way to increase awareness of the issues that threaten the dignity of the human person is to attend the Archdiocesan Pro-life Convention on Sunday, October 21st at the Millennium Hotel To make reservations call Pro-Life Office at 314-531-5565.
