RCIA classes will begin on the second Wednesday in October (October 13th). If you are interested in joining this class to refresh your knowledge of the Catholic Faith and enjoy good fellowship, or you know someone who would like to become a Catholic, please contact Mrs. Jenny Akins at 358-5947. You may also contact the Rectory at 358-2112.

Deacon Formation Collection

Our Deacons preach God’s Word to us, pray fervently for us, and care compassionately for us each and every day. Each year, many men

discern this call to serve and begin the process of formation that, God willing, leads to their ordination as a Deacon. Please be generous today.

St. Vincent de Paul

There will be a Food Pantry SVDP meeting on Monday, October 11, 2010, after closing. If you have any items you would like to have placed on the agenda, please call Fran Rapp at 562-0228. Please try to attend.

Donut Sunday

We invite you to come and enjoy fellowship with your Church family this morning.

Stewardship Awareness

"For God did not give us a spirit of cowardice but rather of power and love and self-control."

2 TIMOTHY 1:17

A good steward cannot be a coward. It takes strength, love and self-control to put God first in our lives. St. Paul assures us that we have been given the courage we need to do God’s work.

Please pick up your Personal Intention Cards for Stewardship. They are in alphabetical order on a table in the back of Church.

Month of Mary

October is the month in which Mary Most Holy, Queen of the Holy Rosary, is venerated. You are invited to join us in praying the Rosary on Thursday mornings after the 8:00 a.m. Mass or before the Saturday evening Mass. Please use these opportunities for prayer.

There will be volunteers outside this weekend at St. Joseph and St. Anne parishes to sign up walkers and/or sponsors for the Walk for Life to support the Pregnancy Resource Center in Park Hills.
