Our Festival 2005 is over.  The booths, stands, games etc. have all been put away.  The kitchen is cleaned and ready for the next activity.   We had a wonderful Festival.  The food was delicious.  We received many compliments on the food.  The crowd was down from last year and most have agreed that it was the heat.  Who would have thought it would be 95 degrees.

We deposited $21,995.83.  We are waiting for all the bills to come in and then we will provide an itemized statement.

This year we had some local people that won the prizes from the Raffle.  First prize –A $1,000.00 savings bond was won by Dude Pratte, Second Prize – A beautiful quilt was won by Russell Bassler, and the third prize – a DVD Player was won by James Christopher.  Congratulations to all these lucky people.

Thank you to all the people who pulled together to make the Festival a fun day.  Many hands made light work.   You can always count on the old stand-bys but it was also good to see some new faces this year.

We have some delicious Kettle Beef left over from the Dinner.  It is for sale and is frozen.  If you would like to purchase some please contact the Rectory at 358-2112.

The Daughters of Isabella will not have their meeting for the month of July. The next regular meeting will  be on August 8th at 7:00p.m.

The Daughters will have their annual Rummage Sale on November 12th.  Please start looking for your odds and ends.  All donations will be accepted. Please help us by bringing clean items.  If you should need help or if you have any questions please call Claudine Willette at 573-358-7516.
