 At the last minute folks have found some really nice items    in their attics and garages for the COUNTRY STORE.  The ladies have really worked hard  to get everything cleaned, priced and out on the tables for you to browse through.  First come – First serve.  Make this a must do booth!
RAFFLE BOOTH -  Raffle tickets are still available for purchase. $1.00 each or 6 for $5.00.    First Prize: $1,000.00 Saving Bond – Second Prize: Queen Size Quilt- Third Prize: DVD Player.  You need not to be present to win!
WHITE CASTLE – Cooked on the spot, your choice of  HAMBURGERS ~   BRATS.  Also to feed your fancy we have SNOW CONES ~GUS’S PRETZELS ~ BEER and SODA.

DINNER - We will begin serving at 11:00a.m.  All in air-conditioned  comfort.  Golden brown, fresh out of the cooker, FRIED CHICKEN. Also serving your choice of green beans, mashed potatoes, gravy, slaw and the ever delicious Liver Dumplings, dessert and your choice of iced tea or coffee.  Adults $7.50 – Children $3.75.

Our regular Parish Council meeting will be at 7:00p.m. on Tuesday, June 28^th., 2005.Although we may all be busy or on vacation please try to attend this meeting.

CONGRATULATIONS 

Congratulations to Ray and Bernice Mueller who will be celebrating their 50^th wedding anniversary this Saturday.  Ray and Bernice were married at St. Andrews Church in St. Louis on June 25, 1955.  The Muellers have 2 daughters, 3 sons and 7 grandchildren.

Congratulations to Woody and Betty Hill who will be celebrating their 62^nd. wedding anniversary on Sunday, June 26^th.

YOU ARE INVITED 

ST. LAWRENCE PARISH, Lawrenceton, Mo. will hold its Annual Picnic, Sunday, July 17, 2005, on their parish grounds.  Delicious dinners (all you can eat) will be served starting at 11:00 a.m.  Featured will be handmade quilts at the Bingo, a Country Store and games for young and old.

The annual Peter’s Pence Collection, in support of the works of the Holy Father will be held today.  As in the past we are grateful for your generosity.

The MUSEUM in the Old Rectory is open on Sundays from 11:00a.m. to Noon throughout the months of June, July and August.  All guests are welcome.  If you as a parishioner have not seen this historical Museum please stop by.  It may bring back good memories.

ADORATION
BEFORE THE BLESSED SACRAMENT 

Devotions to the Sacred Heart and Benediction of the Blessed Sacrament will take place on the First Friday of the month beginning after the morning Mass and concluding at  5:00p.m.  Devotions will be held on the other three Fridays beginning at 4:30p.m. and concluding at 6:00p.m.
