Please come downstairs after Mass to view the QUILTS that have been provided by people of the Parish as prizes that will be given away at our PICNIC. You may not have the opportunity to see them on the day of the PICNIC.

Saturday, June 1, 2002 is a workday in preparation for the picnic. All parishioners are encouraged to appear on Saturday to help set up stands, tables and whatever is necessary. Young adults are also invited to participate. Work will begin at 8:00a.m.

Preparation for the dinner will begin at 9:00 a.m. Saturday. Workers are needed to prepare the vegetables, etc.

All Chairpersons are encouraged to check their inventory, supplies, etc. on Friday night or Saturday morning.

Father John will offer the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass at 7:00p.m. on Saturday evening for the success of our Picnic and for the convenience of all our workers.

PRIVATE TIME AT MASS

The moments after returning to our seats from receiving Communion present a chance to complete our renewed connection with Jesus. Why not open up your heart to Jesus during those few minutes and ask for his loving, powerful help for your daily life?
