ST. JOSEPH-ST. ANNE

ENVELOPES
LOOSE

Dear Friends in Christ,

The Archdiocese of Saint Louis is blessed to have the only freestanding, Catholic children’s hospitable in America. Cardinal Glennon Children’s Hospitable provides exceptional health care services to so many children and their families in our community.

Through its services, Cardinal Glennon assists over 250,000 children each year. All children are treated without regard to the child’s family circumstances. Glennon is able to treat our most vulnerable only because of your generous support. It receives no funding from the ADA, Catholic Charities or United Way.

Next Sunday, June 1, you will have the opportunity to support the ministry of Cardinal Glennon Children’s Hospitable through the annual Glennon Sunday Collection. I encourage you to be as generous as you can.

Gratefully in Christ,

Most Reverend Justin Rigali

ST. ANNE CHURCH
FRENCH VILLAGE, MO.

Our picnic is fast approaching. Volunteers are still needed to help serve at the dinner. Please sign up on the sheets provided in the back of Church.

Each family is requested to bring 3 desserts. Pie, cake and /or brownies is acceptable.

As always your help is much appreciated.

NORTH COUNTY SCHOOL GOSPEL CONCERT

North County School is hosting a gospel concert on Saturday, June 21st beginning at 6:30p.m. Seven groups will perform. Reserve tickets are $7.00 and can be purchased at the North County Administrative Offices and in the back of Church after Mass next weekend. All seats are reserved. During the program all large groups will be recognized. Prior to the concert a chicken and dumpling dinner will be served at 5:00p.m. Tickets are $3.00. All proceeds go to support North County’s Memorial Scholarship Fund Program.

We have some very special needs for this year’s Parish Festival on June 22.

Wanted – Someone to run the Parcel Post for this year’s Festival. No special skills needed but if you have ever been a part of the Parcel Post tent in the past we can use you this year. Please contact Pat AuBuchon or the church office.

Ever want to crown a King & Queen? Here is your chance! We are looking for someone or a group that would sponsor a Little King and Queen event for this year. Please contact Joe Layden, Patricia Murphy or the church office.

Here is something you can do – even if you’re going to be out of town!! We need desserts for the Festival dinner…either pies or cakes. Our aim this year is to increase the number of dinners served. If each family would give one or two desserts, we would be in fine shape. Buy it or bake it…please try to help.

We need game operators.. We want to increase the number of midway games for all ages. Let us know by contacting the church office. Maybe your family could take on a game as a family fun activity!

Ever want to be a clown? Well here is your chance!! We would love to have about four or five people of all ages form a clown group that would entertain the crowd at the Festival. Call the church office or Joe Layden is interested.
