What are you planning
to do for your mother?

Birthright is holding their Mother’s Day fundraising project again this year. Consider honoring your mother or other special women in your life while supporting Birthright at the same time. Birthright offers free, confidential help in our community and is in need of funds to continue the work of saving unborn lives and easing the burdens of those faced with untimely pregnancy. Mother’s Day cards can be picked up at church exits. A letter of explanation and an envelope for sending your donation to Birthright is included with each card.

Come and join us at Immaculate Conception, Park Hills from

GOOD FRIDAY 307.00 9.00

ST. ANNE CHURCH,
FRENCH VILLAGE, MO.

A thank you to all who donated the eggs and desserts for the Easter Egg Hunt last Sunday. A great time was had by all who attended.

Please do not forget the Parish Picnic meeting today after Mass. Bring your ideas. Please use the sign up sheet that is available. Time is drawing near and there are still many jobs open.

The Good Friday Service was lightly attended. One would have to question whether or not this Service is needed at the Parish.

New song books are in the pews. They are an updated version of the hymnals used at St. Joseph. They are replacing the dog eared books that we have had for God knows how long. It is too bad they don’t fit in the pew racks. Could someone solve this problem ???

Sing full throated with our new books, please.

Thanks to all who worked so hard to make Holy Week and Easter a spiritual experience. May God continue to bless each and everyone of you.

It was another beautiful Easter. Thanks to the ladies and men who decorated the altar with God’s beautiful flowers and their exquisite taste. It is a sight to behold.

Thank you to the sacristans, servers, lectors, eucharistic ministers and ushers who ministered so well for the Easter Triduum.

Let us thank the Lord for the beautiful day he provided for us and His gift of Archbishop Burke to lead us and our Deacons Ron and Don to serve us.

EUCHARISTIC ADORATION

The Blessed Sacrament will be exposed every Friday beginning at 6:00p.m. The rosary will be said at 7:00p.m. Everyone is invited to come and spend some quite time in prayer.
