blessed and distributed. A special Knights of Columbus Mass at 10:00a.m. Members will
participate in Liturgical roles. An awards breakfast immediately following for members.
APRIL 14: MONDAY - 8:00a.m. Mass ; Mass
and Anointing of the Sick at 10:00a.m., Communal Penance Service at 7:00p.m. Four priests
will be available
APRIL 15: TUESDAY- 8:00A.M. Mass
followed by the final class of WE BELIEVE. Mass at St. Joe

APRIL 16: WEDNESDAY – 8:00 a.m.
Mass followed by the Stations of the Cross; Communion to shut-ins; 7:00p.m. RCIA Class.
APRIL 17: HOLY THURSDAY – No
8:00a.m. Mass. Mass of the Lord’s Supper will be offered at 7:00p.m. Eucharistic
Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament from the end of Mass until the last person leaves.
APRIL 18: GOOD FRIDAY - Day of Fast and
Abstinence. No 8:00a.m. Mass. Early out for School at 11:30a.m. No Fish Fry. Good Friday
Services, afternoon Prayer, Stations of the Cross and reading of the Passion from 1:00
– 3:00p.m. Celebration of the Passion and Communion at 7:00p.m.; Collection taken up
will be for the Holy Land.
APRIL 19: HOLY SATURDAY – 11:00
– 12:00 Noon – Confessions; No 5:15 p.m. Mass; No evening Confessions; The
Easter Vigil Service will be at 7:00p.m. During this service, we will welcome into our
parish family those who have been making their journey through faith. This service can
fulfill the Sunday obligation. Reception immediately following in the Church Hall.
APRIL 20: EASTER SUNDAY – Masses:
7:00a.m. and 10:00a.m.; One third of the Easter collection will go to support the aged and
infirm priests of our Archdiocese. RICE BOWLS (for the
poor) should be turned in TODAY. Please transfer your donations (with your name on it) to
the envelope provided with the Rice Bowls.

Your help in needed now, as in the days of Saint Francis, to
assist the Holy Places of the Holy Land. Even more importantly, you help is needed to
proclaim the Holy Name of Our Lord Jesus Christ in the troubled land which He chose for
His birth, death and victorious resurrection.
Once again, this year we will have the annual Good Friday
Collection to support the sacred shrines and works of charity in the Holy Land. You gift
will give hope to many people.
During the celebration of the Lord’s Passion and Veneration
of the Cross on Good Friday, April 18th, this collection will be taken up in
parishes throughout the Archdiocese. Your support for this annual appeal is greatly
appreciated.

Under the direction of Cardinal Joseph Ritter, Regina Cleri was
established as a residence for retired and infirm priests of the Archdiocese of St. Louis.
I wish to express my deep gratitude for your consistently generous support of these
retired and infirm priests –especially through the annual Easter Offering –
which is taken up in all our parishes. This special offering, along with the support of
the Archdiocese Development Appeal, makes it possible for us to maintain Regina Cleri as a
residence for our priests in retirement.
On next Sunday, April 20,2003 the annual Easter collection for
Regina Cleri will be taken up throughout the Archdiocese. I thank you in anticipation,
knowing that your generosity to this collection will truly make a difference.
