Please mark your calendar for March 7th, 14th, and 21st. Only
three Fish Fry’s left. If you have missed one of these delicious dinners please be
sure to stop by the Knights of Columbus Hall.
Serving begins at 4:00pm and includes Fish (four different kinds),
plus Three Sides, Bread, Dessert, Coffee, Tea and Lemonade. All for the small donation of
$7.00 for adults and $3.00 for children.

Rosary Schedule
This year during Lent you have the opportunity to pray the Rosary
at St. Joseph every Thursday morning beginning at 8:30am.
St. Anne is also offering you the opportunity to pray the Rosary
on Thursday morning at 8:30am. Please try to take advantage of this opportunity to pray

The St. Vincent de Paul has had a successful can collection at St.
Joseph. They are asking the members of St. Anne to participate in their own can
collection. Please place your donated cans in the box provided at the basement door.
School News
Please remember to pick up your "FACTS" application at
the school office. The due date is April 1, 2008 and must include a copy of your 2007
Income Tax Return.
On March 12, 2008 we will have a Dental Screening at 11:00am for
grades 2nd. and 6th.
On March 14, 2008 the report cards will be sent home.
Snow make-up days are March 17th, 18th and a half day on March 19,
2008.
You Are Invited
St. John the Baptist Parish, in Villa Ridge, Mo. is having their
43rd. annual CHICKEN DINNER on Sunday, March 9, 2008. The meal will be served "family
style". Serving is from 10:30am - 6:00pm. The price of the dinner is $10.00 per
adult, $4.00 per child ages 6-12 years and preschool children are free.
St. James Church, 201 N. Missouri Ave., Potosi, Mo. will be having
a Quilt Bingo on Sunday, April 6, 2008. The doors will be open at 12:00pm. (noon), Games

March 9, 2008, is the date set for the next Vincentian Marian
Youth Encounter at the
Shrine Church in Perryville, Mo. The evening will start with a 5 minute Faith Alive at
6:00pm. Mass featuring contemporary Christian music follows with Fr. Milton Ryan as the
main celebrant. We will end the evening with food, fun, and sharing, in the visitor’s
center. The VMY event is geared for teens but all ages are free and welcome to come!

St. Joseph Gift Shop
GOOD NEWS!!Starting April 6, 2008 the Gift Shop will be OPEN
after all Masses on the first weekend of the month.
Do you need an Easter Gift or First Communion Gift? If so stop by
the Gift Shop and see what we have to offer.
One item of interest that is now available is an excellent
learning tool about our Catholic Faith and is good for ages 6 and up. Each book offers
different topics. We have one on the Sacraments, one on the Ten Commandments, one that is
similar to the old Baltimore Catechism, (very interesting) and one on the Rosary. Each
book is only $1.00.
