TAKE NOTE
With this issue of the Parish Council Newsletter, we will
suspend publication. It has been good that all the people of the parish have been able to
follow the minutes of our organizations. But like all good ideas maybe we got tired or its
time to take a break.
We have not been getting the minutes so we have nothing to print.
If this is a good idea it will resurface and we will begin again. If not sic transit
gloria mundi.
The Knights of Columbus will sponsor a Local Charities Golf
Tournament at Eagle Lake Golf Club on May 21, 2004 (Friday) 12:30p.m.

The Religious Articles Shop will be open on Saturday before and
after the evening Mass. We have many gift ideas for those receiving their First Communion
or Confirmation. You may also call the Rectory and someone will meet you.
Vatican II on Forms of Christ’s Presence
Christ if always present in His Church, especially in her
liturgical celebrations. He is present in the sacrifice of the Mass, not only in the
person of His minister, "the same now offering, through the ministry of priests, who
formerly offered him self on the cross," but especially under the eucharistic
species.
By His power He is present in the sacraments, so that when a man
baptizes it is really Christ Himself who baptizes.
He is present in His word, since it is He Himself who speaks when
the holy scriptures are read in the Church.
