The dues for the Daughters of Isabella are payable on January 1, 2006. Many have responded.  If you have not paid your dues please bring to the Daughters of Isabella meeting or mail to Dorothy Gouin, Financial Sec. at 418 N. Long St., Bonne Terre, Mo. 63628.  A new card will be mailed to you.  Thank you for your quick response.  We appreciate all the new members and the ones that have been a Daughter for a long time. The Daughters Corporate Communion is Sat. January 21^st at the 4:00p.m. Mass.   Please sit in front.  

Stewardship is alive and going.  If you signed up for a ministry at St. Anne or St. Joseph and have not been contacted please call the Parish Office.  We have a special need for Team’s to clean the Church on the second, third and fourth Monday’s of the month at St. Joseph. This could be a group of two, three or four, a husband and wife team, etc.  The teams clean on Monday morning but if another time is convenient for your team that is ok too! Through the years we have lost many of our cleaners and now someone else needs to come forth.   We thank those who have been so faithful in the past and pray that new ones will enjoy the work that they will do!

EUCHARIST ADORATION 

Every Friday private Eucharist Adoration is offered from 5:00p.m. to 6:00p.m.  The Church is open at that time.  Everyone is welcome!

RED HAT BINGO AND LUNCHEON 

Sunday, February 19^th there will be a Red Hatters’ Luncheon and Bingo at the Knights of Columbus Hall in House Springs, Mo.  (Our Lady Queen of Peace)  Doors will open at 1:00p.m. – Lunch at 1:30p.m. – Cost is $30.00 a person and includes lunch, drinks, 9 Bingo cards for twenty games and a dobber.   (Cash pay out)  RESERVATIONS ARE ON A FIRST COME SERVED BASIS AND ARE DUE BY FEBRUARY 1^ST.  For more information contact Tom or Trish Guethle at 636-274-2062

Annual Contribution Statements that were requested by parishioners last year have been produced and are placed in the back of Church.  If a statement is needed please call the Parish Office and one will be provided to you.

PROLIFE 

We have received “THE RESPECT LIFE APOSTOLATE NEWSLETTER” for January, 2006.  Please take a few moments to read your copy.  Some of the articles are informative and others worth your time to read.

It has been sometime since we as a Parish have had a Pro-Life Chairperson. Several people have showed an interest in the Pro-Life Program by signing the pledge cards for the Stewardship Program.   We receive information at the Office that needs to be past on to our parishioners.  If you have an interest in the Pro-Life Program and would like to help bring together others that are interested please call the Parish Office at 358-2112.  Your help would be greatly appreciated.
 

DISCUSSION GROUP

“WHY I AM A CATHOLIC” discussion group will have their first meeting on Wednesday, January 25^th at 6:30p.m.  They will meet in the basement of St. Anne.  If you didn’t have the opportunity to sign up or forgot – IT IS NOT TO LATE.  Everyone is invited and if you can bring a friend. 

The Knights of Columbus will hold their annual “TRIVIA NIGHT” on Saturday, January 28^th beginning at 7:00p.m.   Eight people will be to a table.  The cost just $10.00 per person. Invite some of your friends and make up your own table or come and have the opportunity to join others at their table. This is your chance to see their new HALL!  Located at 7897 Berry Rd.
